Start with the Standard Number
GB/T 96 and GB/T 97 are family references. The current detailed editions include GB/T 96.1-2002 (large series, grade A), GB/T 96.2-2002 (large series, grade C), GB/T 97.1-2002 (normal series, grade A) and GB/T 97.2-2002 (chamfered normal series, grade A).
Product Range and Structure
GB/T 96.1-2002 is a large outside-diameter series, while GB/T 97.1-2002 is a normal outside-diameter series.
- GB/T 96: Φ3–Φ36, available in 140HV/200HV
- GB/T 97: Φ1.6–Φ64, available in 140HV/200HV/300HV
- State the standard, hardness, nominal size and quantity in the RFQ
How to Write the Purchase Description
Use standard + hardness + nominal size + quantity, then add material, finish and packaging requirements. “M16 flat washer” is normally insufficient.
